Who Are We?

ICS is run by expats and repatriated Swedes  who love to meet newcomers to Skåne.  With much experience in moving around  and making new friends, we’re excited that you will enrich our community too.  All nationalities are welcome here, and the  spoken language at most events is English.

As a non-profit organization, ICS is run entirely by volunteers and an elected board.  Founded in 2002, ICS now has more than 100 members who have lived in more than 40 different countries.

We aim to:

• Enrich and make members’ time in Skåne rewarding
• Encourage members to use their talents and energy to contribute to a truly  international network in Skåne
• Help families make smooth transitions from other countries and regions

Becoming a member is  very easy:

2. Pay for the year.  Annual membership cost is 300 SEK per family to be paid into our bank account. The Bank Giro number is 5508-8769 and our organisation number is 846502-6824.  (The subscription year runs from July to June.)
